The Tropical Summer’s Dream of sipping A cocktail while watching the sun set is now available to the young and Ritzy crowd of  East Cobb. This beautiful setting is staged with a few Caribbean-inspired small plates of flavorful bites and live music every night. Partner Terry Kirby and Chef Brian Kennington have created a place with more of a Mid-Town vibe offering a Tapas  menu and a signature martini list. The tapas menu starts at $3 for Blue Cheese stuffed olives to $15  for bacon-wrapped sea scallops. The signature dish is lightly seasoned crab cakes baked and served on top of mango vinaigrette. Other food choices include coconut shrimp, fried calamari, blackened tilapia tacos and much more. Just about all of the 139 seats inside have a view of the small stage and piano. Music is part of the new “in-town”element special to Red Sky Tapas with live music on Tuesday, when Martini’s are $3, Wednesday, the act is a Spanish guitar player, with $12 bottles of wine, Friday and Saturday feature dueling piano players from 9 pm until mid-night every night.
